30 days sober, feeling good.
I went to a 3 week treatment program, and it was an amazing experience. I truly feel grateful that I was able to take that time to take a step back and reflect on my life.
Learned a lot about myself, a lot of good coping mechanisms, met some amazing people and actually had a lot of fun
its a great feeling to know that you can enjoy life sober.
I've had a taste of the good life and I don't want to go back to my former life, ever.

One of the great benefits of a treatment program is it alows you to concentrate on recovery without the distractions of everyday stresses.
