9 days I believe .. Last night must have kicked my butt more then I thought :p Sore as heck and I laid down for "5" minutes after work and next thing I know it is Noon .... But am sober & some strange reason feeling rather good today So yay me ...

Thanx gys ;I thnk it has allot to do w\ I am coming to turms w\ the situation I have put myself in & the fac I am actually trying to move forward and not "hide" or drown myself in a bottle. Not to say I don't want to right now But I am facing them .. Ohhh yea and I splurged on a new 11 dollar keyboard cause this one blows :p Spilled water, coffee, and yes beers on it so keys stick and erk me LOL ohhh to clarify; I didn't sleep 9 days :p I am 9 days sober but slept at 7am (when I got off work) till noon lol ..

Yea MB Feeling Ok for a change ... Now to work on a plan and find a new Doc since mine is a "tool" ...

That's great to hear Hayley I am glad I know tailor; seems I am on an up swing right now .. WOrk always puts me in a good mood .. When I have to cut my hours next week is when I will get nervous

The curative power of a good sleep shouldn't be underestimated. There are times when I wanted to drink/use but got past it by just taking a nap. Good to hear that the upswing continues. Let it shine!

You got a new tablet? Cool beans! I have a smart phone that continually makes me feel stupid. It's always bleeping and buzzing and I often have no idea why. You sound good. You really do. Stay on the bead man. I'll try to do the same.

I went out for a long walk tonight. I just *felt* like late Summer in New England. It pushed those "gotta look for a job" blues away.
