me again...

i managed 1 day last time, then drank through the weekend etc...i didnt drink on friday, did on saturday and didnt last night.
i did want to last night but that longing was alot weaker than usual.
so today is day 2.

i hate how i am suddenly really hot and sweaty for no reason-is that a withdrawal symptom or am i just going mad?!
anyway, as i said, im going for it again. hopefully everyone will be as supportive and kind as last time
x

Sweating a lot is a w/d symptom, yes. It will go away as long as you stay sober. Glad you're back giving it another go.

Welcome! Not sure about the withdrawals but someone will I'm sure. If you're worried call a doc.

Withdrawal symptom. With alcohol it will be gone within a week or so. I had to taper off a medication and I've been having these episodes on and off all day for seven months! I'm so sick of it. I've found one benedryl at night before bed helps lots, and if you can find sage in capsules or oil, this is a well known remedy too.

Sweating is good...all of the toxins are working themselves out!!! Take a couple of showers. That should help...and drink lots of water!!!
