Everyone is different, my detox was pretty nasty but I felt much better on day 5. The only real lingering problem was the inability to sleep.

Yes, around five days for me, and I felt a lot better physically.

I am only 29 days in so for what it is worth.....

The crazy sweaty shaky DT took about 4 days. The weird stuff started on day 5. Thirst, smell, blood sugar, sleep issues lasted about 3 weeks.

Give it a good month just to feel what should be a level of normal. I am still having bouts of anxiety, but really hoping they go away also.

Make sure your diet is super balanced. Things that you normally might not consider are important, B12, protein, lots of water. I get my B12 from shrimp right now. Try not to cave in to sugar cravings to an extreme, it can throw your blood sugar off.

It is a waiting game, but hang in there.

Also try some natural honey and wash it down with lots of water with lemon...try to get out and walk as much as possible too...anything to help work and flush the toxins out of your system!!! Melatonin may help with sleep if that is an issue as well.

Day 10 is good, don't look too far ahead, take it day by day, hang around here, and look for some sober outside support as well......

hi sgs

It varies - I was usually feeling better by day 10 tho - if you're not and you're concerned, why not think about seeing a Dr?
