it is a piece of cake just follow your little cheat sheet and you'll be all set. I screw up all the time and forget to do something or another. Someone will shout out hey what about and I go oh yeah I forgot. if someone doesn't like how you're doing it they can always do it themselves. it is not like it is a paid position or something

Don't worry about it, nobody is going to grade you.
I enjoy chairing meetings once in while, but it's different for me. I don't pay attention as much, I'm too busy trying to "facilitate" the meeting to make sure it goes well.
