90 days.....
Today is my 90 th day clean and sober. I I survived the 4th of July weekend. I survived my birthday July the 7th. I did it. I considered drinking one non alcoholic beer. After reading post on SR website I decided not to. I didn't want to chance it. I am free from panic attacks. No longer do I wake up sick and hung over. It feels good 2 remember what I did the night night be before. I wish I would have tried sobriety long time ago. Better late than never. I finally feel good about myself for the first time in my adult life. One day at a time really works. Looking forward to the next 90 days.

I've moved into the 60 days after a very long and bad history and moving well what with AA meetings and mindful morning prayers, o.d.a.a.t. etc
Good to hear positives....
