Hi all. I am on day 15, the longest I have ever gone without alcohol in about 30 years. I am feeling pretty good, except for being irritable, hungry, hot, constipated and having trouble falling asleep. However, my skin looks marvelous, LOL!! :^P
Any tips for an old lady?

Hi. I'd suggest doing what your doing one day at a time without complicating the process. Being in AA for 30+ years I'd suggest that also without reservations. It's worked for millions so............ give it a 90 day try. BE WELL

A bit easier as the days go by, that little lizard brain and his cravings is getting weaker and weaker.
