Thank you Mr. Beagle. The day after my last binge I was so sick but my daughter asked me to go to the track and work out with her. I was so ashamed of having a hang over that I said yes. It about killed me but it was my way of punishing myself for making myself so sick. These last two mornings I got up early in the morning and went walking. It gets about 104 here now so you have to get up before the sun comes up so it's not so hot. It's a great feeling and I know that I can't do that if I have a hangover. I still have vodka in my freezer that I can't bring myself to throw out though.

I chucked a whole bottle of it down the toilet yesterday - it felt quite liberating actually, if it's not there I can't drink it

Stay strong for today

I did the same yesterday morning (3/4th of a fifth went down the drain). I agree it was very liberating!!!

Hang in there LadyBug!

Throw it befor it crawls over to you and starts operating your hand!
No point keeping if your never going to drink it.
Regards John.
What does the thought of drinking it do ?

Oh, you really need to toss it. There will be a moment, perhaps in the dark hours of the night, when you think of it and you may not have the strength to say 'No'. Get rid of it while you can. I never have alcohol in the house, and it just simplifies things.

Congratulations on Day 2!

Congrats! Try not to be too overwhelmed, make it at least to day 5 or 6 for most people it gets much easier from there (i.e. not wanting to tear your hear out)
