Neighborhood Party?
Neighbors are having a party. Wife is going and I am not. To new to being sober and don't want to drink. Kinda pissed though, 5 people have already come over and given me a hard time about not attending. I know what I want to tell but for neighborhood unity I should keep my mouth shut. Oh well, tomorrow will be better.

I think that you are doing something wonderful for yourself. No need to put yourself in a tight spot. Watch a movie. Game online, hang out on here. Eat something delicious. We are here for you this evening. I can understand the anger. I think that you will feel better in the near future over this decision.

Just think how quiet it will be tomorrow morning, you can go sit outside on your front porch and all you will hear is birds chirping and everyone else will be in bed nursing a hangover.
Then run over there and knock on their doors and say hey dontya wanna go for a morning run? What's wrong with you? lol
