Wow! thank you all so much for the welcome! well, let's see, I once had a very long time being sober, but then relapsed and that took almost as long as I had sober time before i got a second chance at recovery. I use the secular programs that are availalbe now, but since we don't have any face to face meetings here, i had to use the online groups. but to be honest with you, i have actually grown more from them, and look forward to the online meetings. I am kinda a nerd anyways, lol --- so it only figures. but i do have people in recovery i also talk with on the phone every week too. I am looking forward to getting to know you all too!! thanks!

Secular for me too, blackholes. I'm personally found of CBT and DBT and of course these; Women for Sobriety, SOS, LifeRing,
SMART, , Urge Surfing, , I have borrowed from them all.
There is a Secular Connections side here at SR. Check-it out if you will. Plenty of secular support there .
