day 92
I'm gratefull for I have a found a job as a security guard.
I have a college degree in communications, but working behind a desk always made me very unhappy. I decided to re-educate myself last year at age 28.
This career-switch has a lot to do with recovery. I chose my college education from a drug-hazed perspective. So afterwards I always felt in the wrong place.
Last year I thought about what truely made me happy career-wise. And I remembered that the unofficial security jobs I did as student to make some money always felt right. It never felt as 'working', (dragging myself each and everyday to a very discomforting place).
Furthermore I come from a familiy that have careers in police, security and the military. I hope make my grandfather in heaven proud, who was a security guard.
