12-04-2011 I quit cocaine
01-23-2013 I quit smoking weed (day 91 hooray!)
I drank some alcohol 3 times between 12-04-2011 and 01-23-2013. alcohol never been my DOC, however it can be a gateway, so I avoid it completely and I can honestly say I don't miss it.
I made a docter's appointment tomorrow to talk about my cigarette smoking.
Can't break that cycle....yet.
Every once in a while I quit several days, get really really moody and relapse.
Overall I'm kinda proud about my progress.
This site and it's community have proven to be an enormous help.

Excellent work Clean. I quit nicotine several years back and it was initially a real dandy of withdrawal, but it subsided much more quickly than quitting alcohol has...and had many fewer long-lasting effects on me at least. Best of luck, you'll be very happy you you quit when you do.
You should be proud, really. No easy task. An inspiration. Personally , 10 days off crack, struggling with day 11. Cigarettes, another story. Easily 2 packs a day. They tell me the success rate for quitting coke and not the cigs goes way down. I feel as though I need them till I get free of the coke. Not making myself feel better here, but being honest. God Bless
