I wish some people here

were doing this work book "Relapse Prevention Therapy Workbook" by Gorski & Grinstead! I am and it is very challenging and therapeutic. I wish ya'll were doing it too and we could talk about it. Any takers?

My addiction therapist has me doing it. It is on amazon for less than 15 bucks.

Thanks for the info; I'm gonna go look it up. That sounds like something that could work for me.

Hey, I'm in! Want to start a book club? I've been thinking I need something a little more proactive around now.

I think I book club on here would be great. I am having trouble getting started making these Warning Sign Identification Cards. I gritted my teeth at the therapists office when he told me to make them for the appointment next month

There's an app for SR???
I like the book club idea. I'm going to look into that book you mentioned. I'm just beginning, again, and could use something different. Thanks!
