Mondays sober never get old. I had a rough two weeks but getting back to center.

I have a sharp eye on what's next.

Going to a meeting tonight at 7.

Busy day at work today. Still don't have the iPad but will check in by phone.

I see many having troubles. I wish you all well.

Remember to smile today.

My addiction-corrupted 'Beast Brain' popped up with the idea that it would be OK to have just one half-pint before going in to work today. It reminded me of a speaker at a meeting this weekend. She is only about 90 pounds soaking wet, but she went to prison for holding up a Pharmacy with a Buck Knife. She has been clean & sober 5 years now, and she was in the mountains, saw an outdoor café by the river, and she had the thought, wouldn't it be nice to sit by the river and have a glass of wine!

I did the same thing she did...I recognized the addiction thinking, immediately dismissed it as old addiction-corrupted programming, and thought about how GREAT it is to be SOBER and NOT hung-over on a Monday Morning. Freedom from the Living Hell of addiction!

I too, will be checking in today as I work through a VERY busy day...SOBER
