That's a great thing to prove yourself wrong about and gives the rest of us hope when we doubt ourselves.

Ive been thinking a lot about having a nice glass of chardonnay. Every time I think I'm ready to do it I just cant let myself down like that. Thanks everyone. It aint easy. But I am so not alone in this!! Keep on trucking everyone. Or, as my grampa says, "keep your socks up!"

You're almost in the 3 digits!!!! Sobriety & AA have really ruined drinking for me lol, I would feel so bad about letting myself down by drinking that I wouldn't even enjoy it for the 1st 20 minutes before all of the problems that come with drinking would flood back in. Its a gift, actually

No program really, just using some AVRT techniques and a lot of love and support from some pretty amazing people who see me as a happier and healthier person without booze. I am really so very lucky.
Looking around at all the beautiful things in life that I love and being grateful for things, especially when I am low, is what really keeps me sane sometimes.
Not to say that I am without all the same challenges as everyone else...

Isn't it cool to be able to see that stuff now a lot more consistently? THAT is something worth keeping sober for in my book.

Great post and congratulations on your 90+ days---that's awesome!!
