Its been posted before and I'm happy to post it again.

Oh my oh my what a boggling and hectic time that hindered my recovery because of a lack of faith in myself to seak a solution to my addiction. Realizing that the all to simple truth, one size dose not fit all was a in my life, as I hope a can help all of those that strive for a healthy life beyond the influence of a harmful substances.
