Had my first easy day!

Yesterday I didn't even think about the battle of drinking or not drinking. Being a non-drinker didn't seem to be the focus of my life. I was just living, and doing things, feeling good.

I know that there are days when It takes all my strength not to purchase a bottle. It's good to know that there will be days it doesn't even cross my mind once.

So for those like me, in their early days of recovery, just know, there are some easy days too.

Congrats, those are good days indeed. Enjoy it, but also don't let your guard down. Many times when things look good that's when you feel better again and think...hey, i'm doing fine, what would it hurt to just have one beer/glass of wine? It does get better but never leave your toolbox of sobriety tools too far away from your side.
