Frustrating to start quiting and then quit trying to quit...give up and go back to smoking regularly...I've done this with alcohol and drugs...and finally got clean and sober for quite some time....but it seems like I can't apply it to nicotine...started a journal and tracking and my AV said give up...now I'm back not even talking about it with my sponsor, family, or friends. Why talk about it if I'm not serious???? Grrrrr...frustration. Could You Help Me?
