Day 45 still anxious and worried at times
Howdy all:
On day 45 here, seems like a pretty big number but I still feel like I just stopped a few days ago. I really don't have cravings too often anymore, those have subsided pretty well. I've noticed a big change physically too -lost almost 10 lbs ( even though i wasn't overweight before ) and I don't look puffy and red faced anymore.
My issue is this - I still get anxious at times for no apparent reason it seems. Little twitches inside my body manifest themselves into something much larger than they really are, and my heart will race. I feel off-balance, in a fog at times too. Basically i just worry myself like crazy at times.
I've recently been to a doctor and had a full physical and bloodwork including liver tests, etcc..and everything came up clean except cholesterol. My family has a history of high BP and I get nervous at the doctor. I was instructed to also get a monitor for home and check it twice a day, and it's been between 115/75 and 120/80 like clockwork .
So basically the doctor is telling me i'm physically in good shape. I don't smoke ( never have actually ), don't drink ( anymore ), and I am not overweight at all. I eat a good diet and have been getting better sleep than ever.
Amy I becoming a hypocondriac? Not asking for medical advice, but anyone ever become like this after quitting?
