to be honest sometimes I wasn't sure why either - I'd beaten myself up pretty badly over the years, and my sense of well being and self esteem were not great.
But...I knew I had to do something different and I trusted the guys here who said this was the way to go...so I kept on...and I'm so glad I did.
I've grown so much as a person since I set the bottle down...Recovery has really been the making of me
