just stumbled into here...

found this site and was fascinated. Sober since 10/20/2012. Not sober for about 32 - 33 years. I feel pretty good. Went from about 205 lbs to 180 lbs. Health wise not so good, but hey what can you do? If you can't tell...this is the first time joining a group like this.

Lost - welcome! I too have lost weight - 8 pounds lost in two months by cutting out the vodka and binge eating that went with my drinking that's me in Norway on vacation sober
