Thank goodness we live in an even more advanced day of medicine. Detoxing is something I was sometimes too proud to get assistance with. Pretty dangerous, egotistical, and prideful on my part. But it's true, my brain had to begin to clear a little bit before any real work could be done. But this is one of the first essential tasks undergone in recovery.

I was just with stepping at Dr. Bob's House and in the room he used to detox people they have the potion they used on the night stand..
Pickled Beets in one jar
Sauerkraut
And a drug to make you sleep.
