My moods were all over the place to start with but calmed in the first 6 weeks . If it persists then off to the doctor as quite often alcohol depletes our bodies of certain vitamins and plays havok with our brains chemistry , got to be worth having a checkup ..

I know I have it better than 90% of the planet, but I still feel like banging my head thru a wall right now.
Who knows, maybe it would scramble my neurons enough to make me feel a bit better.

Oh, don't do that. You may find yourself running the gamut of emotions now that you've quit drinking. I know I did.
I'm hoping you can make it through till you have some sober time behind you, then you may find a whole new life opening up.
