Secular Newbie

Hello.

I'm new. Again. I drank again heavily a couple of times in the past month. Before that, I was sober about 15 months.

I have been lurking on the newbie board, but I found the constant AA sales pitch as a response to each question frustrating and, ultimately not for me. Has anyone been similarly frustrated? If so, why do you all think this board sees so little action? Anyone know of any boards that discuss secular recovery that are more active than this one?

Hi SeventySeven

This forum is open to all our members who approach their life with secular viewpoints.

It is a non-12-step forum.

12 step topics or discussions thereof are off topic here.

The purpose of this board is to discuss our Secular Recovery, not to bash another program.

Personally I'd love to see more of the former and less of the latter here.

Please feel free to start a new thread on non 12 step topics.
