For anyone ready to make that decision.
Jump on in the waters lovely.
This is a difficult time for us dry or not.
Give in to your wishes and keep on giving up till it works, life is just so much better for those of us who just don't drink like the majority when we're dry.
Last year things were very difficult for me ,this year I still have some medical problems but I'm not compounding them or running away and life although not perfect is so much easier than the last 30 healthy but drunk years.
Stay here and tell me next year how you feel.

John-you have helped me more than you know.
You replied on my first ever post on SR in March this year and have kept in touch ever since. I've grown to see you as my Welsh cousin, a guiding light for me.
