I have been having sleepless nights for a while now wondering how I was going to manage to pay for everything for Christmas, as my seperated AH was not giving me any money towards the boys toys etc.
I had to ask my Dad for money a week ago to get some heating oil and even though he doesnt ever make me feel belittled for asking, I always feel like the poor relation.
I have not mentioned my money worries to any of my friends, as everyone is struggling at this time of the year.....anyway 2 days ago my very good friend handed me an envelope with a card and quite a large amount of money. I was stunned and SO SO thankful that she was able to do this for me.
Yesterday my SIL came over and handed me an envelope with cash in it She said to me " I know you don't want to take this money, but I want you to have it - just enjoy Christmas.

WOW - I am just so overwhelmed by the love and generosity - I am blessed.
