I dont understand this. Did good later in the day. slept probably 4 hrs. It was like someone put an electric cattle prod in my bed while I was totally sleeping.

I used to have some of my worse panic atacks in the early morning hours, they would literally blow me out of bed. I also would have terrible stomach cramps then too. Remember to breathe. Walk around the house a bit. Do some stretching. Breathe and remember it does pass.

I sure wish you would call your doctor and see about getting a beta blocker. I take atenolol it helps me so much. it's plenty cheap. I get a months worth for $11.00. O don't even bother to run it through my insurance as the co pay $15.

know we are here for you.

Love from Lenina

Dubs,

I am not a medical person and don't know the difference between what you have and what I have. Call your doctors office in the morning and ask the nurse.

Why did you quit taking the pro? Was your doctor in on the decision to discontinue it?

What is a beta blocker usually used for? I thought blood pressure. Just keep in touch with us Dubber. As you've seen many others say if things get bad, get to the ER.

Hey dawg.
its used for racing thoughts, from what my dr said. beta thoughts are the fast ones, alpha are the mellow ones in the brain.

I wish you'd see a Dr too Dub.

They'd be able to assess you and suggest a mode of treatment for the way you feel today, not whatever was going on with you a year ago.

SR is a great place but it's not the place to get medical advice, y'know?
