This disease is awful and sneaky, it will wait for you in the shadows- remember that, thats what happened to me.. Just because you can buy it in grocery store doesnt mean its safe.

The withdrawals are horrible, Im sure I still have a price to pay there.

Beer and wine do not mean ok- its all alcohol!

I prayed a lot. I know many have an issue with that subject. I dont. Just saying.

My oldest daughter came by to say hi and support- the one that was pretty/very messed up on H a while back. MADE MY DAY! Shes 21.

Its awesome that you all are here.

Yes. I have to make it through the night. I dread those panic attacks but Im just pacing and praying for calmness and peace when it happens.

Im on a slippery slope in that Im moving out, and thats stress. Support/AA is key for me. I leave this coming week. Doesnt feel like Christmas to me, doesnt feel like anything, but its got to be done.
