Major or General Insomnia Tonight So the Fitz Is Open
Man feel like I am speeding must be my pie. It isn't 2am but I can't force it. I have thoughts and songs running arond my head. All imput welcome

Sunny morning after night of rain here in london . just having a break from repairing some storm sewage return pumps , they get blocked with "rag" . It's a bit yucky ..

When I can't sleep, I sometimes put the TV (in my room) on low in the background and listen to whatever show is on - it keeps my mind from thinking too much, and I usually doze off.
Someone once advised me that putting the TV on would keep me awake because of the light coming from it, but I find the opposite is true for me.... I usually don't watch the show though; just turn the other way and listen.
