7 days sober and new here

Hi! I am 40 years old, female, professional, and have been an alcoholic for 3 years. I am currently a patient at Schick Shadel Hospital in Seattle, WA for alcohol rehab. I am looking for an online forum and community that I can turn to for support as I go through this process

Welcome Feliciadragon, I am new here also. There's a lot of support here from people going through the same struggles with recovery. Checking yourself into the hospital is a big step in the right direction! Keep posting here, I am trying to break out of my comfort zone and post a bit more myself.

Hi Feliciadragon. Welcome. I am also a female, professional in my 40's. And I used to live in Everett. I miss the PNW so bad.

Keep checking in, this is a great place.
