Hi I always read online forums however this is my first time joining a forum for myself. I am 27 an army wife (husband currently in Afganistan) & mom of three and have suffered with addictions off and on since I was 17.. I decided to get clean and sober & went to rehab on Nov 17 2010 however have found myself in a new addiction that I am trying desperately to kick with any help I can find besides telling family.. I need help. Please anybody are you listening?

May I ask what your new addiction is and do you have the choice of seeing a doctor for help?

Welcome to SR. My husband is in the Navy, deployed and I have 3 kids too, so I can relate to your situation. Congrats on reaching out to break your addiction. Read all you can here, you will find a lot of good information. Have you tried any in person meetings for support?

You definitely came to a great place for support! I have found great help in reading the forums and blog posts. I am similar to your situation. I have no one to talk to about my addiction except my husband, who is also an addict. People here are very nice, so keep posting.
