Well good afternoon and a lovely day with lots of blue skies and sunshine here, I hope wherever you are it is just as beautiful.


There is no doubt the alcohol is my weakness. I let it control every aspect of my life for over 20 years. Many times were great they just got farther and farther apart. I also suffered from mental conflicts from which I would take the only route I knew and escape with drinking. At the end years I tried to push away from all realities of life. But as it is alcohol doesnt feed, nor build, it only borrows from my future and ultimately destroys everything in its path. So I carried on with that life of escaping without caring that each day of this is multiplying my problems . So blessed and happy to awake today to realize this and not have that lingering black cloud of anxiety, fear, and depression.

So for today I will just go along quietly along my path without trying to ever get to upset. Dont sweat the small stuff, its all small stuff. And in doing so I am so at peace and truly smile from the inside out today..

Smile cause sobriety looks good on YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep living the dream and stay on the beam..
