Just out of treatment
Hi,
My name is Cynthia, and I am new out of long-term. I have 7 months sober. I am new to the Atl. area, and in need of support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you thought about doing 90 meetings in 90 days during your first 3 months out of treatment? A lot of people have success with that.

I just moved to a new area as well and I don't know anyone but have had luck meeting people in AA!

I only did a 30-day inpatient, but I know that getting out after treatment can feel like major culture shock. Plus you're living in a new city? Wow.... I think I'd just try to take it slow (one day at a time) and be patient with yourself. Building a new support system takes time.
