Day 27- Lost 9.5 pounds!
Hello SR friends!
Today is day 27 for me, and I apace lost 9.5 pounds by just giving up wine (and the snacks I ate when too much wine!!).
Exercise has become a daily thing again, and eating healthy was always a priority. I started thinking about the calories I was drinking each night and it was probably about 1500
I have fifteen more that I want to lose and then I will be back to where I was when I was a few years ago when I was doing triathlons. Looking forward to the wardrobe on the right side of my closet that is currently pushed far back to the corner!!!!

Delilah way to go your accomplishment is huge. Exercising in early sobriety can be such a daunting task. But its so important for us to be healthy, and remember, exercise is a life-long practice.
