Methadone detox
Hi my name is Farrah and I am on day 2 of detoxing off of 10 mg of methadone,,,I got done to 2 mg and am in hell.. The withdrawal is going not as bad as I have before I got on methadone but it is intense. Does anybody know ways to decrease the symptoms?? And I understand it is not easy...Thanks

Make sure you're eating protein! I cannot emphasize how important it is. And how it will stop detox cold. If you cannot move or talk or sleep, then at least eat!
It gets better, but it takes time. Go with it, fighting it only inflames hearts.
