Day 3 - looking forward to better days!

Here's to a strong fulfilling day 3 of detox! Starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel and it looks so promising!

First days really suck, I know. Try to remember all the bad so when you have a weak moment you can ask yourself if a relapse is worth risking going trough this S.... again ;-)

WOW day 3 is incredible!!!!!!! And you are already feeling good is even a better sign! What are you doing for support? Are you able to get up and out yet? Hang in there, it can ONLY GET BETTER>

Phil stay strong. Day 3 and 4 are pretty hard. Stay strong and keep going because you are just about over the hump. You can do this! You will feel better soon.
