10 Months Sober (yesterday)

Due to Hurricane Sandy I did not have a change to log on yesterday and post. Lol. But I have achieved 10 months of sobriety thanks to AA and this website and all of you awesome people out there!

Thank you God as well.

Well done indeed - as someone who is just starting on this journey - how much better does it feel and when are the the hardest bits ?

It feels 110% better to be sober. The hardest part for me was very early sobriety and coping with how to deal with life on life's terms. I chose AA personally and I do highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay sober, but my best advice to you will be do not give up and do not give in to temptation no matter what your head tells you.
