Well I have noticed that my binge drinking has returned, so it is time again to step back and evaluate my life, i have got back up to a case or more a weekend and a bottle of wiskey a week so just so everyone knows i have a problem with drinking. i don't do anything wild i just like to drink, my wife will usally tell me when she notices me drinking more than usual she has not said anything but i think i will tell myself first.
So know here comes the tuff part i am going to try to not drink for 30 days , i have no doubt that it's possible but having beers while i do my yard work and washing my cars is the best part for me, this weekend i did the drinking but there was no yard work or washing cars so i'm going to take that as the sign. Wish me luck

Good luck man. If you don't have a problem, 30 days should be a piece of cake.
