Day 7 coming to a close...

And I feel good. Like really good... I'm pretty certain that I have not gone 7 days without at least one "drunk" since about 10th grade (24 years ago)...

I was tempted pretty much the whole weekend, but right now I'm not craving a beer at all. Must be the workout... I need to do that more often!!!

I do feel like a BIG bowl of icecream though. BRB...

Today I had a big milkshake right after I worked out lol. But compared to the thousands of calories from drinking all day, its a pretty good diet!

I was thinking the same thing!

Let's see... My "normal" Sunday over the past several years would put me at around a case of beer for the day (probably closer to 30 since it's football season)... I wonder how big of a bowl of icecream I need to eat to make up for all of the calories I'm missing out on? :rotfxko

SO happy for you, ForMyGirls. You sound so positive and determined. Cravings are normal in the beginning, but you're doing this thing. Be proud.

It's a blessing to be able to wake up in the morning and not feel like total crap. I know I was thinking about that on day 7 for sure. I have had some very awful hangovers before. Keep at it!
