Day 2 and I'm in the waiting room of my doctor. I have anxiety on a regular day (even pre-drinking) and now I'm super anxious!!! Ugh. ::p breaths:::

i have so much anxiety that I get anxious when im talking to my doctor lol. I was definitely using booze as a way of numbing my stress when I went out. But im way better off without alcohol so....DAY 11!!!

Yeah I usually start crying and shaking...then they think I'm crazy.

They are pros me, they get it. Just be honest, it will take care of itself. You will feel a lot better once its done and you get some direction.

the doctor is there to help you get through your withdrawals and assess you physically, perhaps refer you to an addicition specialist or psych. therapy if you need it.
not to judge you. I hope things went well and you are feeling less anxiety.

my anxiety reduced massively when i stopped drinking-it worsened in the first few days but has eased since day 5/6and feel better every day.hope your doc app goes well
