It impresses me to no end that you keep coming here and keep posting, the good the bad and the mundane.

sending good wishes your way, Mycoolfitz. Breathing, deep and meditation might help. have you researched ptsd and tried any of the treatments? that is what I do for my anxiety. I read a book , called Worry, and it helped me so much, it made a big difference in my life at a time when I was having panic and anxiety attacks.
I am sorry this is so tough for you. it will pass. have faith. trust in yourself and your power.

yea i work hard sometimes It takes over and it is like I can not not breathe. Bbreathe comes I just have to rember sober Funny think the guy with the free pizza sisw delivering turns out he id recoverin and give evey week.

I KNOw. One thing i did years ago was sray some kind of crap to conrol like nam rot on stuff i think it got into my brain. i could have used a mask but was too tough what a dumb head.
