I deal with IED (intermittent explosive disorder) On another forum I had a meltdown all over a member who did not deserve it and I thought I was done on that forum. I appologized and explained what happened and nothing was ever said about it again. I obviously missed what happened, but I for one believe that appologies show remorse and if whoever you feel you offended accepts the appology then I bet you could even get the post removed so you don't have to be reminded of it. But I really see no need to leave fitz.
