Today, I will begin, with the end, in mind, by: ____________?
Today I will begin with the end in mind. This means I will take responsibility for where my actions and thoughts may lead, if I am not careful.
For me, today, I will begin with the end in mind, by making sure I have more food in the house. Living alone, I often do not have much food in the house, and hunger triggers my cravings.

Today I will begin with the end in mind by remembering to breathe.
When I was drinking it was all to easy to get wrapped up in my responsibilites and abandon any notion of self-care. Today, I realize that I cannot fulfill my obligations if I am not strong in body and in mind. It seems counterintuitive at times, but I must take the time to breathe, to do for myself, before I can fully give to others.

Today I will begin with the end in mind by looking at the things on my list that must be donte today and doing the one I least want to do, first.
When I drank I couldn't do anything. Sometimes I'd even have on my list basics like brush my teeth or wash my face and couldn't even cross those off by days end....
