It seems as though it has been forever since I was last on this site to post or read. And I really need to get back into the habit of things again. Been missing meetings and everything a lot lately. Which is probably why I feel so scared and alone. But, here I am to try and come from out of the darkness and get back into a solid routine that can help get me back into a more positive place. Hope it is all right to post this here and thanks for listening to me.

Thanks for the welcome backs and all. And Admiral you are very right about never letting down my guard. Seems I gotta learn the hard way, but better learned the hard way than not learned at all. Just gonna take things in stride as they come and stay positive with the right people on the same path as myself. It does feel real good to come back and am gonna be heading to a meeting this evening and get back with familiar faces that are always good to see.
