I'm In A BADDDD Mood!!!
But I'm gonna get past it!!!
I am in a really "look at me wrong and I'll killya" mood. Even my cat is hiding from me.
I am trying so hard to at least be silent, if I can't be nice, and I am reading and doing everything I can to save the world from ME today!!
I know it will pass, and I must say I hate being so "obvious" in my mood.
I have also been housebound as it is really cold and very snowy out, but tomorrow I'll make a point of getting out, even if I have to walk!!
Okay - I feel better now...not much, but maybe a little LOL.

Well, I am feeling much better today. We are in the midst of yet another blizzard, but this gal is going for as many walks as I need to get the stress out.
I know this will all pass, and that the moods will hit off and on, and I think the trick is to have a nice reward for myself for the bad days - maybe a really good book to read, maybe a day at the spa, maybe a nice long bubble bath.
Just for today, having a cigarette is not an option!!!

Ummm.... Did I pass my mood on to YOU? Cuz yesterday, was the day from hel* for me. I laugh at it today because I'm not feeling quite so glum. But YESTERDAY I even did my morning workout with a scowl! - and nobody was there to see it... darn, all that wasted energy.
But God took care of me (he always does).
He sent over a friend to have coffee with me... she even brought home-nade donuts and cinnamon rolls! yeah... God must have a sense of humour, cuz he KNOWS I'm on a fat-free diet!!
Anyway,
Pray it away Ann... he'll take it.

Well today is better, and the sun is shining and I got out for a while this morning. It is amazing the difference a day can make.
Today I am a little pacy, can't sit still long, but feeling pretty good. I practice walking around saying things like "Non-Smoking Section please", and "No thank you, I don't smoke" and I think my husband thinks I have totally lost it LOL.

God bless you, Ann. I truly admire you, you are very strong. boy, I know those look at me and I'll kill ya moods, I go more than 12 hours without one...and watch out! You're gonna make it! Just think, spring will be here soon(I hope). I have been planning a fabulous garden dinner party for this spring/summer, it helps me focus on beauty and the magic of it, and get past the winter blues. I know my daughter will love it. You'll be out in your garden in no time....and by then you will feel so good!!!! I have cut down, but have not been brave even yet to fully stop. You inspire me! All of you do...God bless ya!

Over the years I have cut back significantly from what I used to smoke, and I think that helps me a lot now.
And thoughts of planting a new garden at my new place will put that smile right back on my face, and give me something to do planning it.

He's not my Toby. i only have one picture here (so far) of Toby and Smoke put him with a cake for my birthday last week.
I hope to get a digital camera soon, so just wait to be flooded with my "baby".
