Going into Detox today

Yikes! I can't believe I'm really going into a detox facility today. I'm really nervous. I'm so happy that I'll be recovering but I'm just afraid of a relapse later on. But that's one thing I tend to do - worry about the future which no one knows about yet. I got to keep thinking about this one day, one hour, one minute at a time.

I said my "goodbyes" to my family members yesterday and everyone is so supportive. I don't want to let them down.

The point of de tox is to make sure you are ok during
this time of chamge while ridding your body and mind
of drugs and or alcohol.

ChickOnABike you are very brave to be doing this! Smart too! I wish you all the best and hope you will meet some nice people there to ease the anxiety. I'm glad you have family support, and you know you can come here too. Keep us posted on your progress!
