Just Checking In After My Fall
Hi all, as many of you know, I caved in to some PTSD bullcrap and drank a pint of vodka one night last week. Can't change it but am going forward as best as I know how. No more toxic vodka after that and am back seeing my PTSD therapist along with all the other stuff--diet, exercise, meditation, SR, etc. No point getting on the pity pot and flushing my butt down the toliet, but of course, I still don't have a butt as it was chewed off by my therapist.
