Saw a rainbow!

Literally and figuratively, I saw one in the sky right after a very enlightening therapy session!

We talked about this being a totally new beginning for me (the breakup and the new place. A time for me to learn about myself. A time for me to grow. It's going to hurt, but it's going to be meaningful. Its an opportunity for me to get healthy (and maybe it will even help him too -- I was certainly not helping him by accepting his unacceptable behavior).

Lots to ponder. In time.

But for ight now, I'm just enjoying dinner and sunset on my patio with my gorgeous river view. Somehow, it's all going to be OK.

I think this post actually lowered my blood pressure. Even with the pain, you seem to be at peace.

to you. I love what you share with us.

Hang on to that thought. No matter what. Because it's true. And when we forget that, we lose our peace.

Jessie, when I went through this, I vowed to stay out of a relationship with ANYONE, for a certain period of time, while I worked on myself and my life. Think about this some, OK?

Now that's optimism and hope for the future. Wonderful.
It feels good to like yourself, and you feel as good inside as that rainbow. At one with nature.
