Day 5
Hey everyone!
So the luxury of waking up early is gone today haha. It's 5am here and I'm going to an early exercise class but I almost just turned off the alarm. I'm looking forward to the weekend when I can wake up and not have to rush around.
I'll be posting my plan for the weekend later this evening thanks to the advice I received in another thread.
For today it's pretty busy. I work until 10 pm with a small break for a healthy dinner then straight to bed. Maybe go for a run in my new kicks at lunch. .
How is everyone else's day today?

Hmmmmmm, this weekend I want to be productive....FOR ONCE i want to get up early like i do for work and get things done!! We shall see.

Congrats Angela. It's also day 5 for me. And apart from a major wobble, which I dealt with by picking up the phone, it's not been too bad.
Actually, it's been really good and positive. It's just hearing that voice saying 'I could make it better...' that's got me a bit stressed. But it'll pass.
Having a meeting tonight, and being on here helps a lot too.
So yes. Good day. Meeting my fiance in an hour and 35 mins. And then going for coffee. And then... well, see how it goes, eh?

Good for you Angela- exercise works wonders, doesn't it? I'm on day four and have been off my exercise routine for about a month, since my relapse, but I am starting today after work and looking forward to it. Congrats on 5 days, keep going strong You can do it.
