I don't know a whole lot about opiates, I hope you have or are able to get a dr.'s guidence on this. You will also find a lot of posts that i'm sure you will find of interest.

Do you have a dr who you can talk to? If not, you might want to go to an ER to get checked out.

I've got some experience with painkillers but none for heroin. Do you want to tell us what have you been using, and how long ago you last took a hit? It'll be easier to chat if we have some idea of what's going on. Anna's right - you should definitely talk to a doctor about the medical stuff, but we're here to support for everything else...
